Panel Interior Cores for Insulated Metal Panels and FRP Panels

PermaTherm Insulated Building Panels (insulating metal panels or "metal SIPs") are fabricated to order giving you flexibility in your specific panel recipe.

Thermal values of PermaTherm’s EPS cores remain constant for the life of the panel; there is no chemical or physical breakdown to jeopardize environmental stability.  The cores are bonded with a structural thermo-adhesive, providing a permanent mechanical bond unchanged by environmental fluctuations.

Laminated  interior  cores are fabricated out of:

• PermaTherm's own expanded polystyrene (EPS)
• Mineral Wool (e.g. for fire stops)
